Specials    Contact Us	A particular favourite among our customers is our Dorset Apple Cake, either traditional or with added spice and sultanas. These cakes are baked with fresh Bramley apple and can equally be served cold, or as a scrumptious sweet, served hot with cream. All of our cakes are freshly baked to order, allowing you to freeze any of them for future use if you so wish. Our wholesale range of cakes for restaurants, tearooms etc are round with a 10 inch diameter and 4 - 5 inches high. These cakes will cut into at least 16 slices They are sealed in cellophane and are boxed for ease of handling, storage and stacking. Our retail range of cakes are round with a 6 inch diameter and 3'/2- 4 inches high, tastefully presented for added appeal.
