Delivery Information

  • We strive to give a quality product and speedy delivery. At Jessica’s we make sure you have your product with you within 5 working days of ordering.
  • Unfortunately we are currently only supplying to mainland UK, this is something that we hope to expand in the future.
  • Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email which will contain an expected delivery day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email containing information of how your products will be delivered and a tracking number. You can also log into your account on the website to see what status your delivery is.
  • The courier service we generally use will be UPS, but from time to time we may need to use an alternative courier service.
  • Our delivery cost is £7 for any number of items up to £25. Free delivery over £25.
  • We will try to make sure that from when you have ordered you will then receive your goods within 5 working days. In the unlikely event of it taking longer than 5 working days we will try to make sure that any problems are dealt with as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.
  • If you haven’t received your goods within 5 working days please use our contact us page and we will be more than happy to help.
  • Unfortunately we do not do next day delivery and 5 working days is the shortest time that we can do. This is because all of our products are made fresh to order.
  • Couriered deliveries are sent mon-fri between 8am and 6pm, a signature will be required. If there is no one there to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card with information of how/when you can have it re-delivered.
  • Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • We will attempt to deliver to the exact address and postcode you have entered, please check that the address and postcode are correct and match up. If a product is wrongly delivered or late due to an inaccurate address we cannot accept liability.
