Dorset Apple - (Traditional) - Light apple cake made with fresh Bramley apple with a hint of spice, topped with Granny Smith apple slices and sprinkled sugar.

Dorset Apple - (Dark) - Similar to the traditional but made with dark sugar, sultanas and four spices.

Date, Banana & Walnut - Made with dark sugar with ample amounts of dates, walnuts and fresh banana.

Apricot & Sultana - Dark cake made with butter and generous inclusion of apricots and sultanas.

Pineapple & Cherry - A light moist cake made with butter, mixed fruit, pineapple and loaded with cherries.

Dundee - Made with butter, dark brown sugar, ground almonds, mixed fruit and cherries, topped with whole almonds.

Farmhouse Fruit - Boiled fruit cake, laden with raisins, currants, sultanas and cherries.
